I usually use 60% raw vegetables, 20% fruits, 10% liquid, 5% add ins and 5% protein powder and sprinkle in bit of extras every once in a while.
Try different things together and give yourself time to figure out what you like the best. My standard smoothie is as follows: coconut milk, spinach, kale, beets, carrots, frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1 scoop of protein powder, a bit of flax seeds and that's it.
If I want a light dessert I'll just do something like coconut milk, blackberries, vanilla agave and a bit of ice.
