This is for my blood type (A) on a critical (very healthy) part of the diet
Red diet snack ideas:
- celery with raw almond butter (no canola oil - it is toxic)
- Amy's canned soup (make sure no gluten/dairy & check ingredients for blood type & make sure nothing is artificial)
- bag of frozen organic green beans, steam a handful at a time, dip in Hain's Safflower Mayonaise (i add pepper/garlic/onion to make the mayo taste like ranch)
- boiled egg with salt (organic, brown eggs)
- deviled eggs - (organic, brown eggs) mix yolk with Hain Safflower mayo/paprika/salt to taste
- butternut squash (cooked) with unsalted organic butter and cinnamon (tastes like sweet potato pie!)
- turkey wraps with spinach and dijon mustard (i buy the hormel "natural choice" - no nitrites)
- pickled okra (just check ingredients)
- asparagus - sauteed in olive oil with salt
